We start by undertaking a thorough process of understanding exactly what the job requires by first conducing a Pre-Search Assessment Consultation. We need to identify your goals, key factors, and understand your culture/work environment if the candidate is to be not only qualified but compatible.
As a result, this phase involves an assessment of you as well as the profile of the candidate you are seeking. This results in the “Candidate Profile”, which will be used to identify and attract a “short list” of desirable candidates, and the Letter of Agreement.
Here we undertake the appropriate search and sourcing of talent.
Depending upon the scope of the position, we may extend this process within the 70-office network of Cornerstone International Group. Many of our offices maintain current databases of pre-researched candidates.
We interview and pre-screen every qualified candidate. Candidate summaries include written candidate evaluation as well as any candidate submitted materials, detailed career review and consultant assessment.
On request, we will conduct an optional psychometric assessment. This is an extremely thorough, proprietary procedure developed by our colleagues in Cornerstone International Group - Assessments.
All candidates at this stage have been fully vetted and meet the agreed upon profile definition plus an indication of the cultural fit, saving the client hundreds of hours of effort. The preferred candidates are presented for the client interview. The interview format is defined and references are checked.
The fifth stage includes negotiations with the selected candidate on the client’s behalf, assistance drafting an offer letter and post-hire follow-up. We advise and assist the candidate to provide verbal and written notification to present employer.
Written project activity updates are provided every 30 days as well as regular unscheduled telephone or email “updates” to keep the communication process “active” and “open.”
