The Controller will provide leadership ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all R.O.M. financial planning, reporting, and controls. This position will maintain company accounting procedures in conformance with generally accepted accounting principles, as well as lend insights and guidance contributing to the achievement of business targets and objectives. Must have excellent communication skills, great organization skills, experience implementing processes and procedures, and be adept at partnering with a variety of individuals and departments across the organization.
