THE OPPORTUNITY:
Foxpoint is seeking to recruit a Sales and Closing Manager. This newly created position will be responsible for the implementation of strategic goals set for acquiring and onboarding the Company’s active customers, managing the day-to-day sales teams, and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability. Those teams include the following functions: application processing; sales of qualified leads; closing/seating of qualified leads, to include communication of all customer obligations as part of the Lease Agreement; coordination with the Company’s underwriting and operations teams for the common goal of originating new leases within Company Policy; development and execution of a customer retention strategy; and all titling/registration needs for newly purchased, newly leased, and/or disposal units. Additionally, this position will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions from both employees and contracted 3rd party vendors to ensure desired objectives are achieved. This position will report to the Director of Customer Experience and provide regular KPI’s to ensure goals are being achieved, gaps are identified with recommendations for resolution, and staffing levels are optimized.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the Company’s customer acquisition functions, which includes staffing, training, implementation of all procedures, and monitoring of activity/results.
- Ensure all application inquiries are treated with a sense of urgency to maximize all opportunities into well-performing leases
- Work with sales teams to convert qualified leads into leased customers who perform their lease obligations in line with Company objectives
- Resolve any escalated situations as needed within company policy
- Partner with Marketing and Director to optimize all customer acquisition campaigns within Company objectives
- Develop recommendations for a full lifecycle customer retention program
- Objective is to provide meaningful content to customers throughout their lease that promotes the importance for asset prevention and continued use of the Company for future leasing needs
- Ensure sales staff are staying engaged with customers to promote all aspects of the Company’s lease program and identify opportunities to assist customers with growing their business
- Manage all aspects of the Company’s titling/registration functions, which includes coordination with the Operations Team to accelerate the Retitling process on newly purchased trucks; ensure assigned staff are proactively communicating with newly leased customers to assist with their titling/registration needs; and assist the Company’s Disposal team on title releases.
- Manage all activity with Company’s 3rd party title storage agent and recommend any changes needed to improve that process
- Resolve any escalated situations as needed within company policy
- Monitor and provide KPI metrics on all activity and results
- Perform other duties of the department as needed
