Jones & Company (FTJ) is an insurance agency and administrator that was established in 1953 to provide insurance products and other financial services to members of associations and other affinity groups. From its start as a small office with three employees, FTJ has grown into a national marketing presence that today employs more than 300 insurance professionals.
Due to growth, FTJ is seeking to recruit a Head of Administration. This critical role is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including new business processing, policy issuance, billing and collections, premium reconciliation, customer service, claims management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven leader with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing processes to reduce costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
