The Company: Lamboo Medical is a family business that has developed into the leading manufacturer of mobile and modular healthcare accommodations. We build MRI, CT, Mammography and PET/CT mobile trailers and modular units. The mobile and modular solutions are custom built in Harmony (NC), USA and then deployed all over the US. Lamboo Medical US – SVSR has been part of Lamboo Medical for three years and has great potential. Traditionally SVSR Inc. performs maintenance, service and refurbs and this still will be part of the future business.

This will be the perfect opportunity to make your mark within our company! Lamboo Medical is looking for an enthusiastic, analytical and hands-on President with experience in manufacturing, automotive or installation technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restructure Lamboo Medical US team (30 – 40 FTE) into a professionalized and transparent part of Lamboo Medical;
- You will guide and manage Operations, Finance and HR;
- You will support the Global sales team in realizing the global strategic goals;
- Strongly working together with the local Management Team (Operations Director and Finance Director) and report to the global COO of Lamboo Medical and functional to the global CCO and CFO;
- Hands on in all aspects of the company and will support where needed;
- Create an autonomous strong organization and put people in strength of their capabilities;
- Set KPI’s in cooperation with Headquarters to bring the organization to a higher level;
- You will be managing the supplier side and will be in close contact with the clients of our products;
- You will bring ownership on the different processes, systems and data within the organization;
- You analyze processes and identify risks.
Key Qualifications for Success:
- Have a no-nonsense mentality;
- Are stress resistant;
- Have experience with project management within manufacturing business;
- Preferable experienced with Lean/Black Belt/Six Sigma;
- Strategic planning and Business development experience and analytical and KPI driven;
- Have high interpersonal skills;
- Have 5+ year experience as Managing Director or similar in an manufacturing company and an international setting;
- You have a demonstrable record of accomplishment in both business development and the further development of existing customers;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills. You are able to inspire and motivate the organization and employees;
- Have 10+ years P&L experience;
- Full time commitment and you will be based near our factory in Harmony (NC), USA.
