Our firm is committed to “Success Beyond Selection“- The Onboarding Coaching program begins when the candidate is hired and continues for a minimum of 100 days. We provide tools to prepare the executive for the responsibilities and demands of the new position. Emphasis is placed on quickly and effectively becoming a solid and productive contributor in the new work environment.
Our Onboarding Program includes the following:
- Access to our online tool developed by Cornerstone International colleague George Brandt which will help the new leader take charge, build their team, and deliver better results faster
- A copy of the New Leader’s 100 Day Action Plan book written by George Brandt
- Up to one hour of one-on-one instruction
- Check-ins from our Cornerstone team
