The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Development Director to lead the design, execution, and scale of learning, and talent development programs across nbkc bank. This includes employee learning, talent reviews and development, performance management, and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be a critical leader within the organization that will shape and drive the vision for how nbkc bank assesses, develops, and grows talent.
The role will partner closely across HR and with cross-functional business leaders to embed strategies that directly support the company’s long-term goals. You will drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, optimize performance management, and empower our internal teams to deliver impactful training.
