6 - Star Retained Recruiting Process
Conduct initial launch meeting with the client to develop the candidate profile/ key competencies to be recruited. Prepare marketplace announcement to promote the opportunity available which will be used to identify and attract a short list of best-in-market candidates to be considered by the hiring team.
We will execute multiple proprietary recruiting strategies in the marketplace to stimulate interest and begin the sourcing of talent.
Once candidates are identified, introductory candidate summaries will be presented selectively to the client to include a detailed review of career experience as it relates to the desired profile, resume, reason for considering a change of employment, current compensation and requirements, education, comments, and recommendations.
Written project activity updates provided every four weeks, as well as regular telephone or email updates with designated client contact to keep communication process active and open.
Candidates at this stage have been fully vetted and meet the agreed definition plus an indication of the cultural fit saving the client countless hours of effort. The preferred candidates are presented for the client interview. The interview format is agreed, references are checked and our psychometric assessment of each candidate is conducted if desired.
The fifth stage includes negotiations with the selected candidate on the client’s behalf, assistance drafting an offer letter and post-hire follow-up. We advise and assist the candidate to provide verbal and written notification to present employer.
We maintain contact with the successful candidate through the first 6-12 months of employment to ensure successful onboarding into the organization. Our range of services includes Assessments, Executive Onboarding and Executive Coaching.
