About Dan Heiman
Dan has been in the executive recruiting business since 2006 and became an ICF Certified executive coach in 2010. Dan has leveraged his foundation with fortune 500 medical device manufacturers well by serving clients in the recruitment and coaching of Director to CEO level leaders in most industries and job functions. Assignments have primarily been completed for clients in Kansas City, Omaha, Des Moines and Wichita but also include Seattle, Los Angeles, Memphis, Knoxville, Chicago, Madison, Houston, Philadelphia and several secondary markets. International Retained Search assignments have been completed in Canada, Russia, Dubai, China and S. Africa.
Dan has served as Cornerstone International Group – Kansas City’s Managing Partner since 2009 and was instrumental in positioning the firm to be chosen by Cornerstone International as their Midwestern affiliate member and helped facilitate the merger with Career Partners International in 2016.
Corporate Experience
Heiman began his professional career serving the healthcare industry where he spent 17 years in highly specialized medical technology sales, sales management, recruiting and business development for one of the industry’s most respected high tech medical device manufacturers. Dan’s sales and business development work was recognized nationally and he was highly regarded for Neurovascular service line development by some of the top healthcare systems in the country. Heiman’s family also has banking and agri-business interests rounding out his background.
Dan’s business development work along with his sales / sales management and recruiting and coaching experience uniquely positions him to fully appreciate the importance of human capital to an organization preparing him well for management consulting with the firm.
