Developing Leaders through Executive Coaching
Our highly personalized, one-on-one Executive Coaching programs designed for leaders to increase awareness, refine leadership skills and achieve aligned identified goals of the executive, stakeholder, and company.
Both local and multinational Executive Coaching initiatives are monitored and evaluated by Cornerstone Executive Coaching Services, including review by ICF-credentialed Peer Coaches, to maintain quality and consistency. Coaching sessions are typically conducted bi-weekly by phone or video, or face-to-face when possible.
A normal coaching engagement would continue for six months to one year and would typically include:

- 360 Feedback

- Development Plan
- Smart Goal Monthly Planner
- Target Goals Results Review

Onboard Executive Coaching - Retain

Our firm is committed to "Success Beyond Selection"- The Onboarding Coaching program begins when the candidate is hired and continues for a minimum of 100 days. We provide tools to prepare the executive for the responsibilities and demands of the new position. Emphasis is placed on quickly and effectively becoming a solid and productive contributor in the new work environment.
Our Onboarding Program includes the following:
