Grace will focus on honing the high standards we uphold both during and after the search process. This includes psychometric assessments, client satisfaction surveys, reference checking, and client / candidate follow ups at strategic intervals during that critical first year on the job. Our recruiters are dedicated to the mutual satisfaction of both the client and the candidate placed and found it beneficial to help facilitate a positive working relationship with both as they navigate the new partnership. As Client Success Coordinator, Grace will aid the recruiters as they continue to help great companies recruit great people.
Grace earned dual degrees in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Missouri and is looking forward to this important new role within our firm. She worked for many years in and around the wine industry as a sommelier and stated that, “It was gratifying to bring someone joy with a bottle of wine they savored or even loved. Customer satisfaction was my favorite aspect of selling wine. I am excited to make this career move and continue making customer satisfaction the center of my work.”
