A graduate of Benedictine College, Blake earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing in 2018, where he developed a passion for strategic communication and business development. His professional journey began at Shamrock Trading Corporation, where he excelled in sales and financing for five years. During this time, Blake refined his skills in client relationship management, contract negotiations, and financial solutions, establishing himself as a trusted advisor within the industry.
In 2023, Blake transitioned to executive recruiting, bringing a client-first mentality and a deep understanding of business operations to his new role. He is dedicated to matching organizations with exceptional talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Blake is passionate about giving back to his community. As a Board Member for Camp Tekakwitha, he helps guide the organization’s mission to provide meaningful experiences for youth. He is also actively involved with the Saint James Academy Alumni Association and shares his love for soccer as a Junior Varsity coach, mentoring young athletes on and off the field.
Blake and his wife, Hailey, reside in Olathe, Kansas, with their four children. Family is central to Blake’s life, and he cherishes spending quality time with them through outdoor activities, sports, and community events.
