Grace Heiman is the Client Success Coordinator at Cornerstone Executive Search’s Kansas City office. She brings a unique background in client relations and behavioral insights to her work. A graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, Grace holds degrees in Psychology and Anthropology, giving her a deep understanding of human behavior that she leverages in supporting organizations as they build high-performing teams.
Before joining Cornerstone, Grace developed a passion for client relations at a large multinational liquor distribution company. She studied to become a sommelier and spent five years in the wine business before making a career change to executive search. Her experience across diverse industries has refined her approach to client service, enabling her to anticipate needs and provide tailored support throughout the search process.
Grace believes that successful client support goes beyond day-to-day tasks; it’s about fostering partnerships that help organizations reach their full potential. She is dedicated to understanding each client’s goals, delivering service that aligns with their values, and making the search process seamless and rewarding. Much like her background in wine, Grace approaches client service with a refined attention to detail, ensuring each interaction is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique tastes and needs of her clients.
Grace resides in Olathe, Kansas, with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring her love for wine, spending time with family, and balancing her professional ambitions with family life.
