Kelly Kearney serves as Market President for Cornerstone Executive Search, where he leads retained executive search projects in Kansas City and across the Central Midwest region of the United States. Kelly specializes in recruiting C-suite, President, Vice President and Director-level positions for middle market, growth-oriented companies. He brings a strategic, innovative and relationship-driven approach to recruiting executive talent for his client companies. Kelly is mission-driven and his servant leadership allows him to serve and connect deeply with his client companies and candidates, ensuring every placement aligns with the organization’s culture, values and growth goals.
A devoted community member, Kelly serves on the leadership committee of the Catholic Business Network of Kansas City, co-chairs the underwriting committee for his church’s annual auction, leads Baptism prep classes with his wife, coaches youth basketball and serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Youth Organization (CYO). Kelly and his wife, Julie, reside in Overland Park, Kansas, with their five children.
