As we approach the end of another remarkable year at Cornerstone Executive Search, I find myself reflecting on the extraordinary mix of blessings, challenges, relationships, and moments of clarity that have shaped us.
Some years arrive gently. Others arrive like a storm. This one brought a bit of both. But as I look back, I’m deeply grateful for every part of it. The good reminded us of our purpose. The difficult refined us. And together they reinforced something I believe wholeheartedly… we are better because of the journey, not just the smooth parts.
In executive search, we are constantly surrounded by stories – of leaders rising to new challenges, of companies navigating crossroads, of careers being rewritten in real time. Every great story needs tension, purpose, and a guide. I’m grateful that our clients continue to trust us to serve as that guide, helping them lead better and hire smarter at the moments that matter most.
