“I’ve been in the recruiting business for 30 years and in Executive Search, with Cornerstone Kansas City, for 18 of those years. (Yes, I started working when I was five. ? In the last 20 years, I’ve seen many changes, both personally and professionally.
I started in this business right after my daughter was born and in that time she has gone from crawling to walking to riding a bike, to driving (yikes!). She and my job serve as constant reminders that time marches on, things change quickly and constantly, and that I will always have a lot to learn.
